Project Sustainable and efficient Energy for Rural Regions, the acronym VIS NOVA, combines soft actions and investment in the field of energy efficiency. Useful documents produced by the project and the results achieved due to the investment will be possible to use together.

Aim of the project: Integration of instruments promoting energy efficiency (eg plans) based on European best practices, modern technologies and international experience in order to develop a strategy for regional development. The project also indicate the possibility of using local-alternative energy sources, featuring activities related to energy efficiency and strengthens the competitiveness of the regions, through the following actions:

WP1: Coordination and project management.

WP2: Communication, exchange of experiences, dissemination and promotion.

WP3: Developing Plans of Energy Efficiency:

  • SWOT analysis,
  • Developing a common strategy for Sustainable Energy,
  • Pilot investment,
  • Feasibility study,
  • Political support for Plans,
  • Measures for Plans.

WP 4: Networking, strengthening the organization, institutionalization of activities.
