In the last month, from June 22nd to June 26th, 2023, project partners gathered in Graz, Austria, for a short-term staff training (C1). At least two partners from each organization participated, representing the partner countries, namely Poland, Slovenia, Croatia,  Greece and the host - Austria. The meeting was an opportunity to discuss all the assumptions of the implemented project and a space to exchange information on the challenges related to creating a platform and an online course in the field of sustainable energy use among young adults.

During the event, participants had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of energy competences and share expertise in specific areas they work on a daily basis. The agenda of the event emphasized both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, enabling participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of the analyzed field. The exchange of experiences allowed for the acquisition of new technical skills and the expansion of soft skills. The time was also used to reflect on the work done so far and to discuss the next stages of the entire training process.

The partners also began working on the development of micro-trainings within the genial.ly platform, which will be tested with young adults (aged 19-29) during the C2 training in Zagreb, Croatia in autumn 2023.

The event turned out to be crucial for the course of the project, providing all partners with answers to questions related to the platform and the preparation of training content. It was conducive to cooperation and the acquisition of new skills. Thanks to the hospitality of Levilo, the host from Austria, it was not only an opportunity for fruitful work, but also to learn about local culture and art. It fostered collaboration and the acquisition of new skills, making it a great opportunity for growth and development.
